If you have an electric or gas bill, your utility company offers financial assistance programs, often tied to LIHEAP eligibility, for discounted rates or bill help.
WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. WIC provides healthy foods, personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referrals to other services to support you and your family.
