About the Food Pantry

We are here for you

We welcome all in the community

Our doors are open to anyone in need of nutritional support or essential clothing. We understand that balancing basic needs can be challenging, and we are here to provide a reliable resource for you and your family. We are a welcoming place with no judgment.

We offer:

  • Food Assistance: Access to fresh produce, pantry staples, and shelf-stable goods.

  • Clothing Closet: A selection of clean, seasonal apparel for all ages.

These services are provided free of charge to ensure everyone in our community has access to life’s necessities. Please stop by during our operating hours to pick up what you need—no prior appointment is necessary. All are welcome.

Food Sources

Our Regional Food Bank & more

While the Worcester County Food Bank remains our primary source for bulk supplies, recent federal cuts to food assistance and SNAP benefits have created new challenges for our neighbors. To ensure we continue providing a reliable variety of food, we have increased our direct food purchases. We are incredibly fortunate to have the steady support of community members and partners like Still Life Farm,  Stillman's Farm, and Rose 32 Bread.

If you are in a position to help, your contributions directly support these extra purchases and help us keep our shelves full for everyone who walks through our doors.

What we need

Financial contributions allow the pantry to leverage bulk-buying power and purchase specific high-need items more efficiently. In-kind donations are always welcome and serve as an immediate resource for local families. Here are some items we are most in need of, but all donations are welcome. Please bring your donations in when we're open, or email us to arrange a time.

  • High-Protein Staples

    • Protein is the hardest category for pantries to keep in stock because of its higher cost.

    • Canned Meats: Canned chicken, tuna, salmon, and SPAM.

    • Nut Butters: Peanut, almond, or sunflower butter (low sugar options are best).

    • Hearty Meals: Canned stews, chili, and ravioli.

    • Shelf-Stable Dairy: Powdered milk or shelf-stable cartons (almond, soy, or dairy).

  • Non-Food Essentials. In the U.S., SNAP (food stamps) does not cover non-food items, making these some of the most requested items at small-town pantries.

    • Personal Hygiene: Toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, soap, shampoo, and adult diapers.

    • Paper Products: Toilet paper and paper towels.

    • Baby Needs: Diapers (especially sizes 4–6) and unscented baby wipes.

    • Menstrual Products: Pads and tampons.

    • Pet Food: Both dry and canned food for cats and dogs.

  • Financial Donations: If you are in a position to help, your contributions directly support these extra purchases and help us keep our shelves full for everyone who walks through our doors.
